MATISSE 1.5: the unique European Atmospheric modeling tool

MATISSE is a background scene generator developed for the computation of natural background spectral radiance images and useful atmospheric radiatives quantities (radiance and transmission along a line of sight, local illumination, solar irradiance ...). The spectral bandwidth ranges from 0.4 to 14 micron. Natural backgrounds include atmosphere (taking into account spatial variability), low and high altitude clouds, sea and land.
